Get your favourite partner and come out for 2 one-hour drill sessions before drop-in play on Wednesday, March 1 and Monday, March 6, 2023 at the HealthPlex from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
We will go over a variety of skill development drills to improve your control and footwork. Learn how to play smarter and handle a variety of opponents.
All levels welcome but you should find a partner of equal skill.
Sign up with a partner and the cost is $30 per team for the two sessions.
