SUNSCREEN AT THE HEALTHPLEX – as most people who’ve played during bright sunny days, the glare on some of the courts can be a bit disconcerting. Mat at the HealthPlex is working with a local printer to design and install a window film which will reduce glare. The Chatham-Kent Pickleball Club and Maple City Badminton Club are going to contribute to this financially to make this happen!
We want you to GET INVOLVED WITH PICKLEBALL!
The CKPC Executive is looking to form three committees to work on improving and increasing the opportunities to play pickleball in our community.
SOCIAL COMMITTEE – to organize fun events during and after pickleball times.
COMPETITION COMMITTEE – to work towards hosting pickleball events, including tournament, clinics, interclub play etc.
NEW FACILITIES COMMITTEE – to find new opportunities for playing pickleball in Chatham-Kent and perhaps looking towards a Pickleball Center in our community.
Stop any of the CKPC Executive if you have a desire to join one of these committees. We would love you to GET INVOLVED!
